"There is something more than land."

The conflict between the new and the old generation is an eternal reason for the merciless struggle of people among themselves. Is it worth it to destroy the old orders and traditions for the world of a new pattern and standard?

The real estate office where Felix works is left without land and is on the verge of closing. The CEO proposes a deal: to buy land from the inhabitants of the old fishermen's village to build a new residential complex on the seashore. Having gone on a business trip, Felix did not suspect that already upon the arrival of the train at the station, life would turn the other way for him.
